Hey guys!

Where do I begin writing this out! We had a great day at the Young Enterprise Trade Fair at the Metrocentre, Gateshead today! The turnout was spectacular and we enjoyed selling our t-shirts which were being sold left, right and centre!

As a company that is competing against other teams like you see in the retail high street, we knew that we had to try and stand out as much as possible, and before the trade fair, we had everything sorted. Everything from tissue paper, paper bags, our prices and also our very unique flyers which has a QR Code* that as we are aware throughout the event, no one has thought of! Even though we had a small stand, we worked well to stand out as much as possible and we were situated in a prime location!

As time flew by, we kept selling by the hour and was really surprised by the amount of support and compliments from customers and the judges for Nortee Apparel! Even though we didn’t win any award, we feel that we did extremely well and enjoyed the experience of selling our products at the trade fair, and hope this will continue in the near future.

We would like to extend our thanks to Young Enterprise North East and the Metrocentre for allowing the trade fair to take place!

Even though we didn’t win any award, the experience of selling our products in the Metrocentre is priceless because we have learnt so much.
